47th Ilmar Raud Memorial - In memorial of the 100th birthday of member of the Estonian team that scored 3rd at the Chess Olympiad in Buenos Aires. Organizer: Viljandi CC Fellin. The event is a part of  BEKO series 2013 held by The Estonian Chess Support Organization. Time and place: July 1-7, 2013 in Viljandi Sports Center - Vaksali 4 (500 meters from the bus station, by the Square of Liberty).
